This course aims at acquainting students with
the concept and basics of management, development of management thought and
functions of management. It is to offer knowledge and skill of management so
that students will be able to implement in supervising organized activities or
managing an organization. It also encourages students to think critically,
solve problems, rely on themselves, behave ethically and meet the learning
outcomes and goals of IMCO and the labor market. The course prepares students
to gain valuable skills and necessary experience for their future careers.
